Shepard has run away from home with his older, mentally disabled sister to escape their mothers abusive boyfriend. As Shepard seeks peace with his past he finds unforeseen wisdom from the most unlikely source. He's determined to protect his sister, but can he let down his defenses to allow a human connection?
